Your Marketing Funnel

The Marketing Funnel rolls up key metrics into 3 easy to understand categories, helping you see how your marketing efforts are contributing to your goals.

It is critically important to have accurate listings with the right data aggregators in order to rank highly with search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Your Listings Score shows how your business ranks compared to others in your industry. Here’s the fun part, you can improve your listings right from this dashboard, and you can see the improvement of your listings score over time, always keeping track of where you started compared to where you are now. The goal is to increase your score as much as you can and then maintain that score over time.

Your can also see your listings changes in the graph below the card. Beneath the chart you’ll find Listing Details which shows listing accuracy and what directories or publishers where your data is currently found. Each publisher shows if there are any errors, indicated in yellow. If everything is correct, the color is green. 


Reputation Management

FoxWerx makes it easy to manage your online reputation. Request, review, and respond to your reviews right from your dashboard. Don’t know what to say? No worries, FoxWerx has an AI response generator built into the platform. Use the response as-is or tweak it to your liking before posting.

  • Average Star Rating: Across all reviews collected, the change in rating would be compared to the same time period previously. 
  • New Reviews: Collected in the reporting period selected.
  • Insights: Sentiment analysis of review context using Google’s Natural Language Processing technology. 
  • Top Review Sources: The sources where you receive reviews in the highest quantities. 
  • Recent Requests: Number of new requests sent for reviews via Customer Voice. 
  • Average Response Time: Time to respond to reviews on the Platform.

  • Recent Mentions: Based on mentioned searches configured in Reputation Management.

The next section of the Executive Report is Google Business Profile (GBP) Insights. This section details how your GBP is performing in Search. More engagement on your GBP means more awareness, traffic, and conversions. It’s important to monitor and ensure these metrics are increasing over time. Connect your Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Microsoft Ads accounts to Advertising Intelligence and receive real-time reports on your advertising efforts. This actionable data will also show up in your  Executive Report.


Social Marketing

The Social Marketing section is a roll-up of all social media activity across your accounts. It provides data on:

  • New Posts: The number of posts you’ve published on all connected accounts during this period.
  • Engagement: Likes, comments, shares, etc, that your posts have received during this period. 
  • Reach: The number of people who have seen your posts during this period. 
  • Top Performing Posts: Posts with the highest reach and engagement this period. 
  • Facebook Likes & Twitter Follows: Audience growth over time, compared to set competitors.
